Flange Materials We Manufacture
Stainless Steel Flanges
Our 300 Series stainless steel flanges are built for piping systems where corrosion resistance is a consistent requirement. Their chromium-nickel alloy composition makes them a proven choice across petrochemical, chemical processing, water treatment, and food and beverage applications. We produce stainless flanges to B16.5 and B16.36 specifications in volume quantities for both MRO replenishment and project-based procurement.
Duplex Flanges
Duplex stainless steel flanges are made from a mixed austenitic-ferritic microstructure that delivers high strength and durability alongside strong resistance to stress corrosion cracking. They are specified regularly in oil and gas production, offshore, chemical, and marine environments where both mechanical performance and corrosion resistance are required. We manufacture duplex flanges to ASME and ASTM standards across a full range of pressure classes.
Nickel Alloy Flanges
High nickel alloy flanges — including Hastelloy, Inconel, and Monel grades — are specified where standard stainless steel does not meet the corrosion or temperature requirements of the application. These materials offer outstanding performance against hydrochloric acid, high-pressure oxidizers, and extreme thermal conditions. Our nickel alloy flanges are used in defense, power generation, petrochemical, and transportation applications worldwide.
Chrome Alloy Flanges
Chrome alloy flanges are designed for industrial systems that demand surface hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion protection under extreme operating conditions. The chromium content enhances material durability significantly, making these flanges a reliable choice for high-pressure process environments. Like all products we manufacture, chrome flanges are produced to ANSI, ASME, and ISO 9001 standards.
Specifications and standards
Every material grade we produce is manufactured to the standards your project requires. Our facility holds ISO 9001:2015 and PED certifications, and we produce to ANSI, ASME, ASTM, DIN EN, and PED specifications — including B16.5 pipe flanges and B16.36 orifice flanges.
Our inventory is 100% domestic, DFARS compliant, and AIS and BABA ready for federally funded infrastructure projects.
We are approved across nearly all major Approved Manufacturer Lists (AMLs) and hold Canadian Registration Numbers for multiple provinces, supporting procurement in both the U.S. and Canadian markets.
